At some point in the past I made a vow to update this site regularly.
I failed miserably at that.
So much has happened in the past few months, where to start....?
I guess the biggest thing to happen to me was getting asked to shoot the Indiana Pacers for an agency that haven't worked with before, US Presswire. I'll admit a few months ago I wasn't necessarily looking forward to the next basketball season as basketball has not been one of my stronger sports to photograph. I don't know what it is about basketball but it's just a sport that is harder for me shoot than others. I've been shooting professionally in the state of Indiana for 15 years and not having a great basketball shot in my portfolio has got to be sacrilege, isn't it?
Well by the time this season is over I'll have shot probably 40 or 50 basketball games (pro and college) and if I don't have anything to put in my portfolio, there may not be any hope for me!
Anyways, I just thought I'd share some shots from the NBA season so far, I think there's some nice stuff in here but I still have yet to get "the shot" that goes straight to the portfolio. Hopefully I will.
Update: I think I did get "the shot!"
